Colton takes Seattle

This last week we went and checked out Seattle - - trying to decide if we want to move there or not. Since it's just before C's 2nd birthday, it was the last trip we could take C as a lap child and not pay for his seat. We risked it, thinking he'd probably get his own seat anyways/the plane wouldn't be full. We were wrong. The plane was completely full/Colton had to sit on our lap the entire 5 hours. We decided not to risk it for the ride home and bought him his own seat. Of course the flight was only half full. Oh well!

Taking over Mom's seat. No worries, I just stood in the aisle :)

Wouldn't sleep 1 second on the plane, but the second we get in the car, he's out! At least it helped him adjust to the time change!

The cute little house in Wallingford we rented!

A view of the city from Queen Anne's Kerry Park

Play room at the Sculpture Garden

Thank you to some college friends who babysat so we could go out a few nights after C was asleep!

Checking out Suz' fav bagel spot in Bellingham

Bellingham, WA - a day trip

the best donuts ever at Might O's - and they were vegan!

The rain doesn't stop this kid - I think he enjoyed all the puddles and not sweating just from being outside!

Fremont Troll

Colton's very favorite park of life - Meridian Park

So long Seattle. We hope to see you on a more permanent basis starting July 2016... unless we just love Denver that is! Stay tuned.
